JAMES P. PETERS ESQUIRE

A 1983 graduate of Villanova University School of Law, Mr. Peters has more than twenty years of experience in the representation of disadvantaged and injured individuals. He is a skilled trial attorney with extensive knowledge of a wide range of medico-legal and education issues. Mr. Peters is a member of the American Trial Lawyers and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Associations. He is also the parent of a child with special education needs. When not assisting special education clients, Mr. Peters represents persons who have been injured through accidents, medical negligence or defective products.


MARGARET M. BUCKLEY


Ms. Buckley has twenty years of experience as a trained registered nurse, with a subspecialty in neurology. She has acted as an advocate on behalf of families for special education issues for more than ten years. Ms. Buckley has an exhaustive knowledge of testing parameters and statutes relevant to special education, and vast experience in interfacing with school districts throughout Delaware, Chester and Montgomery Counties. She too is a parent of a child with special education needs, and has been a member of various relevant support groups.
